సీపాక్ స్వచ్చంద సంస్థ ఆధ్వర్యంలో 18-6-2016 శనివారం సాయంత్రం 5గంటల నుండి 9గంటల వరకు చిత్తూరు నాగయ్య కళాక్షేత్ర్రంలో “ఉలాస్” పేరిట వేదికగా ఔత్సాహిక కళాకా రులకి వారి వారి ప్రతి భలను బయటి ప్రపంచానికి ప్రదర్శిం చే అవాకాశం కల్పిస్తున్నాం.
ఈ కార్యక్రమంలోఅబ్బాయిలు,అమ్మాయిలు అందరు (10-25 సం”లోపు వారు) పాల్గొనవచ్చును..ఈ సాంస్కృతిక కార్యాక్రమం లో అన్ని రకాలనృత్యం,నాట్యం, సంగీతం,పాటలు,చిన్న నాటకాలు,మిమిక్రి వంటివి ప్రదర్శిం చి తమ తమ ప్రతిభను ఋ జువు చేసుకొనే అవకాశం కలదు. ఈ కార్యక్రమం పోటీలు కా వని గుర్తించాలి. దీనిలో పాల్గొన్న వారికి ప్రశంసా పత్రాలు,ఆశ్చర్య బహుమతులు ఇవ్వబడుతాయి.
ఈ మొత్తం కార్యక్రమానికి మన నగరంలోని ప్రముఖ వ్యాపారసంస్థలు,విద్యాసంస్ఠలు అనేక విధాలుగా ప్రొత్స హించడానికి ముందుకు వస్తున్నారు.
ఈ అవకాశాన్ని నగరంలోని అందరి ప్రజలు,మా వేదిక కి వచ్చి, వీక్షించి,తిలకించి కళా కారులని ప్రొత్స హించవలెనని మా ప్రార్ధన. ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో పాల్గొనద ల చిన కళాకారులు కి గాని,తిలకించడానికి వచ్చే అతిధులు,ప్రేక్షకులు కి గాని ప్రవేశ రుసుం లేదు. కేవలం మాకు కావలసినది మీ ఆదరణ మాత్రమే. ఇటువంటి వేదిక ని చిత్తూరులో ప్రప్రథమంగా సీపాక్ నిర్వహించడాన్ని, ఇప్పటిికే ప్రజలు అభినందిస్తున్నారు.
చివరగా ప్రతిభ కనబరచిన కళాకారులందరికీ మున్ముందు మా సంస్థ ద్వార ఇటు బుల్లి తెరకి,సినీమా ప్రపంచానికి, సంబంధిత సంస్థలకి పరి చయం చేయడంతో పాటు, షార్ట్ ఫిల్మ్స్ లోనూ, సోషల్ మీడియా ద్వారా అవకాశాలు కల్పిస్తాము..

Cultural fest at Chittoor – “Ullas-The Celebration” by CPAC – a Socio-cultural event
Chittoor People’s Action Committee (CPAC) (a voluntary organization working for betterment of Chittoor neighbourhood)’s cultural wing is organizing cultural fest with name “Ullas” on 18th June 2016 to encourage amateur artists. The program Ullas with a tag line “the celebration” will be a platform for young talent to showcase their capabilities to outside world.
Everybody in the age group 10 to 25 years are encouraged to sign up as participant for this program. Aspirant participant can register for dance, singing, mime, Drama, One day celebrity act, etc and display their talent. Please note that it is a talent show and not a competition. Apart from getting certificate of appreciation participant will be receiving some surprise gifts.
There number of businesses and education institutes coming forward to support the cause by their sponsorships.
We appeal to the citizens of Chittoor city and neighbourhood constituencies to come to this show and encourage our local artists. The entry to the show is free. CPAC needs only people’s support. This platform is unique and first in Chittoor with simple objective to bridge the gap that local talent and people are seeing. Already CPAC are receiving lot of appreciations from the locals for this kind of program.
CPAC will assist the proved talents in getting introduced to TV and film world and show provide opportunities in short films.
